Founder & Creator
Meet the team:
Jennifer – Founder and Creator
I’m a Heriot Watt graduate working as a Fluids Engineer offshore. I’ve worked internationally and am now living in Scotland again. My passion for career advice and finding pathways comes from feeling lost while in school and finding strength from my surroundings. I started Mentor Mindset in April 2020 when lots of young people were particularly feeling disorientated in their next steps and we've grown quickly into this start-up.
Salman – Lead Developer
I’m currently a final year Heriot Watt student studying Chemical Engineering. I joined Mentor Mindset in June 2020 and have worked my way through from starting as an Intern to the Lead Developer. Currently we face a gap in Scotland’s education system which doesn’t let students explore their opportunities before they finish school, Mentor Mindset fills that gap!
