I'm a young professional who loves her job. Really loves her job. It took a while to get here and it wasn't a smooth ride but looking back I learnt a lot about finding your path and passion.
The amazing mentors in my life have helped me and now they are helping you. I've interviewed my favourite people and gained insight to their journeys from school to career. I've asked them what they wish they had known earlier and what careers advice they live by.
I also volunteer my time to mentor university students currently navigating their way through this ever changing career journey.
Starting in August we are launching our Mission 41 project which strives to provide support to South Ayrshire Primary Schools in STEM learning. The Young STEM Leader Programme (YSLP) is an exciting new award which aims to spark greater interest and participation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) among young people in Scotland. We are very excited!

Jennifer is currently producing a series of interviews with mentors she has encountered in her career. Use these videos and podcasts to gain an insight into finding a path in your career and life.
